Send SMTP Email in PHP using SMTP Mail Server.

<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">
In this tutorial, we are going to learn how to Send PHP Email using SMTP service. Some of the companies doesn't provide the php mail function functionality for sending mail. In the Beginning of your project it may work fine but any time it stopped working and customer or client may complaint you about the sending mail problem. Usually Engineer's or developers uses mail function like: -<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjDod37POkMgrf8KRGM4MLIaozOSb9XmxJJv2HgqJUVd8rGmzCm9U6CjwJYBYCwV1jI4eyoTUOzYvHWMn4N5er8nIkE1ilZ9ujVmdjYvHKkrh2Z3DMQd6qLBLU610x1jbr8Awz3rMYu48c/s1600/SMTP_mailer.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="SMTP Mailer Service" border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjDod37POkMgrf8KRGM4MLIaozOSb9XmxJJv2HgqJUVd8rGmzCm9U6CjwJYBYCwV1jI4eyoTUOzYvHWMn4N5er8nIkE1ilZ9ujVmdjYvHKkrh2Z3DMQd6qLBLU610x1jbr8Awz3rMYu48c/s1600/SMTP_mailer.jpg" title="SMTP Email Service" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
mail('example@gmail(dot)com', 'Your Subject', 'Header', 'From Email id');<br />
But it doesn't work for a long time or may be deprecated later. So we should Avoid this function. In My project we were also using same mail function mentioned above. but after complaining from the client side. we used the PHP SMTP service or SMTP mail.<br />

Sending mail using SMTP service is quite simple. you just need to create one web mail Email ID for using SMTP Service. if you have mentioned correct Email-id created within web mail of any hosting then your SMTP server email will work correctly without any failure notice. This SMTP service is totally free because its used within your hosting package that is free with your domain name.<br />
<br />
In your PHP page you just have to include on class file for sending SMTP mail service using SMTP Mail Server setting.<br />
You need to download PHP mailer class file from the following URL: - <a href="https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/blob/master/class.phpmailer.php" target="_blank">Class.phpmailer.php</a><br />
Just include one PHP class page using Require function like: -<br />
<br />
require_once('class.phpmailer.php');<br />
<br />
Now add the following page script that is using the SMTP class file for inheriting Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP)class.<br />
<pre class="brush:php;">
<!--php

error_reporting(E_STRICT);

date_default_timezone_set("Asia/Kolkata");
require_once('class.phpmailer.php');

sendmailtoclient($email,$auth_person_name,$subject,$body); // calling from this funtion.............

function sendmailtoclient($email,$auth_person_name,$subject,$body)
{

    $smtp_mail_service = new PHPMailer(); // Making an object for PHP mailer class

$body             = eregi_replace("[\]",'',$body);

$smtp_mail_service--->IsSMTP(); // Its asking for using the class for SMTP
    $smtp_mail_service->Host       = "mail.YourDomainName.com";  // SMTP Server Host Name
    $smtp_mail_service->SMTPDebug = 2; // enables SMTP debug information (for testing) 1 for error and message 2 for message only

    $smtp_mail_service->SMTPAuth   = true;                     // enable SMTP authentication
    $smtp_mail_service->Port       = 587;
    $smtp_mail_service->Username   = "info@YourDomainName.com"; // SMTP Username or account name
    $smtp_mail_service->Password = "your EmailID password comes here"; // SMTP Email Password

$smtp_mail_service->SetFrom('info@YourDomainName.com', 'Good Sales Guys');

$smtp_mail_service->AddReplyTo("info@YourDomainName.com","Good Sales Guys");

$smtp_mail_service->Subject    = $subject;

$smtp_mail_service->AltBody = "To view the message, please use an HTML compatible email viewer!"; // optional, comment out and test

$smtp_mail_service->MsgHTML($body);
                $name = $auth_person_name;
    $smtp_mail_service->AddAddress($email, $name);

$smtp_mail_service->AddAttachment("examples/images/phpmailer.gif"); //your fisrt attachment path here
    $smtp_mail_service->AddAttachment("examples/images/phpmailer_mini.gif"); // your second attachment path here

if(!$smtp_mail_service->Send()) {
      echo "Mailer Error: " . $mail->ErrorInfo;
    } else {
         echo "Message sent!";
    }
}
?>

</pre>
In this SMTP Email service, SMTP Address is used for sending mail to recipient Email ID. Using this SMTP service you can also send or attach your Multiple Document of any type.<br />
Note Here: - If you want to send same mail to multiple Email ID's then you have to use an array for multiple Email ID for sending mail.<br />

Yii Framework Excel Download using extension.

<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">
In this tutorial, we are going to show you how to download database table data in excel file using Yii excel export extenstion. it's an easy tips to add this feature into your Yii project. This is the Live project code and 100% secure & working that we used for our Custo Web Application. for using this feature, First of all we have to download excel extenstion from the given link.<br />
<br />
http://www.yiiframework.com/extension/exportasxls/<br />
<br />
If you face the following problem while running this extension: - <br />
<b>Undefined variable Build;</b><br />
Then open extension file named ExportXLS and define variable in function.<br />
<br />
Now open view page where you want to show Download Excel Button then add following code written below.<br />
<pre class="brush:php;">
<!--php

echo CHtml::submitButton('Export To Excel', array('submit' =--> array('mRetailer/Excel')));

?>
</pre>
Open your controller page and paste the following code and change accordinglly. In this code we are importing Yii extenstion page. calling model function for getting value from database. In this code we are calling model function using its object and getting value from database communication.<br />
<pre class="brush:php;">
exceldata();

  // Xls File Name
  $your_file_Name = 'your_file_Name.xls';
      $xlsfile      = new ExportXLS($your_file_Name);
      $header = '';
      $xlsfile->addHeader($headercolums);
      $xlsfile->addRow($row);
      $xlsfile->sendFile();
    }
?>
</pre>
Now here we are going to make its model for fetching value from database fields. In this example we have taken an example m_retailer table name. That is fetching values from various fields named like: -<br />
<b>1). isd_code<br />2). password<br />3). location<br />4). distributor_name<br />5). retailer_name</b><br />
<br />
These values will make an array and return response to controllers function. After that automatically you will see one file for downloadable. from there you can save this file into your desktop or directly open it.<br />
<pre class="brush:php;">
isd_code
password
location
distributor_name
retailer_name

<!--php

In Model functions: -
public function exceldata(){

     $rawData="";
     $rawData=Yii::app()--->db->createCommand('SELECT * FROM m_retailer')->queryAll();
     $mainarray = array();
     foreach($rawData as $row)
     {
            //$row=array(array('Sachin','35'),array('sehwag',30));
             $subarray = array();
             $subarray[] = $row['isd_code'];
             $subarray[] = $row['password'];
             $subarray[] = $row['location'];
             $subarray[] = $row['distributor_name'];
             $subarray[] = $row['retailer_name'];

             $mainarray[]=$subarray;
     }

          return $mainarray; // will return a list of arrays.
 }
?>
</pre>
In Between if you face any problem the feel free to contact us or send your query with the help of below contact form. Surely we will contact you as soon as possible. this is the live code from my project.<br />

Submit form data using serialize method with JQuery.

<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">
After a long time, we came back with new tutorial for beginner. In this tutorial we are going to make one HTML form and will submit data using serialize method in PHP and JQuery. First of all we should know little difference between Ajax and JQuery. Because it will be easy to understand about the languages those we are going to use.<br />
<br />
<b>Ajax: - </b>Ajax is used to load data into page background without refreshing the current page or whole page. Example: - Facebook tabs.<br />
<b>JQuery: -</b> JQuery helps to Ajax to show data in useful format way. Using Ajax and JQuery simultaneously, we request for text, Html data, JSON response from the server using PHP Methods.<br />
<br />
For using JQuery, we need to add JQuery in our PHP page.<br />
<b>Example: -</b><br />
<pre class="brush:php;">
<script src="//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/2.1.1/jquery.min.js"></script>
</pre>
<b>JQuery Syntax: -</b><br />
<pre class="brush:php;">
<script>
$(document).ready(function(){

 // Here your Code comes....
});
</script>
</pre>
<b>Get value using syntax: -</b><br />
<pre class="brush:php;">
<script>
var text_value = $("#textbox").val();
</script>
</pre>
<b>Get form values using serialize syntax: -</b><br />
<pre class="brush:php;">
<script>
$("#myform").serialize(); // Using this Method all values of the form will be taken on submit button.
</script>
</pre>
Now Ajax Code that we are going to use for form submission: -<br />
we can use ajax using two methods like: -
<br />
<pre class="brush:php;">
// Method 1
$.ajax({
        type:"POST",
        url:"php_pageurl.php",
        data:data,

        success:function(data)
        {
          $("#response_div").html(data);
         }
});
return false;

// Method 2

$.post("php_pageurl.php",{ data:data },function(data){

$("#response_div").html(data);

});
return false;
</pre>

In above code data variable have all variable values of our form and sending form data using PHP POST method.<br />
In success function(data) - data variable in function has query response.<br />
<br />
Now, we are going to combine all code together.<br />
<pre class="brush:html;">
<html>
<form id="myform">
<input type="text" name="name">
<input type="text" name="age">
<input type="submit" name="submit" value="submit">
</form>
<div id="result"></div>
</html>
</pre>
<pre class="brush:php;">
<script src="//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/2.1.1/jquery.min.js"></script>
<script>
$(document).ready(function(){

$("#myform").submit(function(){
var data=$("#myform").serialize();

$.ajax({
       type:"POST",
       url:"php_pageurl.php",
       data:data,

       success:function(response)
       {
         $("#response_div").html(data);
       }

    });
return false;
});
});
</script>

</pre><br />

Using this Ajax method Ajax data will be POST to given PHP page (php_pageurl.php) file. Here we can get form value and can store it into database. echo syntax will send your given response to Ajax response. this is the easiest method for storing data into database.<br />
<pre class="brush:php;">
prepare("INSERT INTO YOURTABLE_NAME (name, age) VALUES('$name','$age')");
	if($insertingintodatabase->execution())
	{
		echo "success";
	}
	else{
		echo "fail";
	}

}
?>
</pre>
In the above PHP code, Don't forget to include your database connectivity. we are inserting the value into database using SQL Injunction Query. <br />
If you still facing any difficulty then feel free to contact us or query us.<br />
Thanks, Happy Coding!<br /><br /></div>

PHP Login Page with Ajax Code with Example.

<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">
After a long time, I am back with my new Tutorial. In this tutorial we are going to show you PHP login with Ajax and will get response. For making Ajax login first of all you have to make one login form in simple HTML code. The form will consists one two input fields and one input button like below mentioned HTML form. you can also use bootstrap for making this html form for login.<br />
<pre class="brush: html"> <form method="POST">
<div class="form-box" id="login-box" style="border-radius: 5px; border: solid 1px #ccc;">
<div class="header">
Sign In </div>
<div class="error_block" id="errorblock">
</div>
<div class="body bg-gray">
<div class="form-group">
<input class="form-control" id="userid" name="userid" placeholder="User ID" type="text" />
  </div>
<div class="form-group">
<input class="form-control" id="password" name="password" placeholder="Password" type="password" />
  </div>
</div>
<div class="footer">
<button class="btn bg-olive btn-block" id="loginbutton" type="button">Sign me in</button>
   </div>
</div>
</form>
</pre>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<b>Writing Ajax Code for Login: - </b></h4>
<div style="text-align: left;">
After completing the HTML form you have to write some coding of Ajax for getting the field value from the field the then transfer to another PHP page. Just take care for that you will have to add JQuery link into your index.php page that consists the JQuery or JavaScript function.<br />
Here is the JQuery function below for getting username and password value.</div>
<pre class="brush: php">$(function () {
                $("#loginbutton").click(function () {
                    var usrname = $("#userid").val();
                    var password = $("#password").val();

if (usrname == "") {
                        $("#errorblock").html("Please fill user name");
                        $("#errorblock").show();
                        return false;
                    }

else if (password == "") {
                        $("#errorblock").html("Please fill your password");
                        $("#errorblock").show();
                        return false;
                    }
                    else {
                        loginuser(usrname, password);
                    }
                });

});

</pre>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
Ajax Sending URL: -</h4>
<div style="text-align: left;">
This is JQuery Validation for field either fields have values or not. Now we are writing Ajax code for sending data to another page for storing.</div>

PHP Login Script: -</h4>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Now we are going to write PHP code for storing values into the PHPMYSQL database. While creating the PHP code make sure that you have included database file into the PHP file.</div>
<pre class="brush: php">prepare("SELECT id FROM admin_login WHERE  userid =:param1 AND password =:param2");
		$login_query->bindParam("param1",$_GET["usname"]);
		$login_query->bindParam("param2",$_GET["pass"]);

		if($login_query->execute()){
			$num_of_rows = $login_query->rowCount();
			if($num_of_rows==1){
				$user_details=$login_query->fetch(PDO::FETCH_ASSOC);
				$userid=$user_details["id"];
				setsession($userid);
				$output = "s";
			}else{
                            $output= "f";
                        }

		}
		echo $output;
	}
?>
</pre>
<div style="text-align: left;">
In this PHP code username and password are matching each other into the database. If they are matching and giving row count 1 then it is sending the user ID into the session and sending the response as output. <br />
<br />
This PHP response will return back to the Ajax code where we can define our success code or failure.</div>

PHP Loop Structure - For loop, while loop, do while loop, foreach loop

<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">
<div>
In PHP Scripting language we used loops for executing the same block of code a specified number of times. In this language <b>BREAK </b>and <b>CONTINUE </b>keywords are used to control loop execution. </div>
<div>
<div>
In PHP, there are four loops that support programming.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<b>For Loop: -</b> The for loop is used in PHP when you know about how many times you want to execute a statement or block of statement and how many time script should be run. Simply, this loops through a block of code a specified number of times.</div>
</div>
<pre style="background-color: #fde59c;">
Syntax: for (initialization; condition; increment ;)
	     {
 		     Code to be executed;
		}
</pre>
<div>
<div>
Here, initialize set the start value for the counter of the number of loop. We have declared a variable named <b>$i</b></div>
<div>
<b>Example:</b> How can we make five iterations and change the assigned value of two variables in each by passing loop.</div>
</div>
<pre style="background-color: #fde59c;">
<-?php
$y = 0;
$z = 0;
    For ( $i=0; $i<5; $i++ )
       {
         $a  += 10;
         $b  += 5;
         }
    echo (“At the end of the loop a = $a and b = $b” );
?->

At the end of the loop the output will be as follow:

a=50 and b=25
</pre>

<div>
<b>While Loop: -</b> The while loop is used in PHP to execute the block of code as long as test expression is true. If test expression is find true the loop executed the block of code.  After complete the code execution the expression will be evaluate again and the loop will continue until the false test expression is to be found. Simply this loop through a block of code as long as a specified condition is true.</div>
<pre style="background-color: #fde59c;">
Syntax:  while (condition);
	      {
                 Code to be executed;
                }
</pre>
<div>
<b>Example:</b>  How can be decrease a variable value on each iteration of loop and the counter increases until it arrives 10. The loop will be end when the evaluation is false.</div>
<pre style="background-color: #fde59c;">
<-?php
$a = 0;
$num = 50;
while ( $a < 10 )
{
    $num--;
    $a++;
}
echo ( “Loop stopped at a = $a and num = $num );
?->

At the end of loop the output will be as follow:
a = 10 and num = 40
</pre>
<div>
<b>Do While: -</b> The do…..while loop is used in PHP to execute a block of code at least once and then the loop will repeat as long as the test expression is true. Simply, this loop through a block of code then repeats as long as the specified condition is true.</div>
<pre style="background-color: #fde59c;">
Syntax:  do
              {
                     Code to be executed;
              } while (condition);

</pre>
<div>
<b>Example:</b>  How can be increase the value of variable at least once and will continue increasing the variable as long as its value of less than 10.</div>
<pre style="background-color: #fde59c;">
<-?php
$a = 0;
$num = 0;
do
{
    $a++;
} while ( $a < 10 );
echo ( “Loop stopped at a = $a” );
?->
</pre>
<div>
<b>Foreach Loop: -</b> The foreach statement pass the value of current array element is assigned to $array and the array pointer are moved by one and the next value passes the next element. Simply this loop through a block of code for each element in an array.</div>
<pre style="background-color: #fde59c;">
Syntax:  foreach (array as value)
              {
                        Code to be executed;
              }

</pre>

<b>Example:</b> How can be list out the values of an array?
<div>
<pre style="background-color: #fde59c;">
<-?php
$array = array (1, 2, 3, 4, 5);
Foreach ($array as $value)
{
    echo “value is $value”;
}
?->

<b>The output will be as follow:</b>
Value is 1
Value is 2
Value is 3
Value is 4
Value is 5
</pre>
</div>
<div>
<b>Break Keyword:</b> In PHP the break statement is used for terminating the execution of loop prematurely. This keyword is situated inside the statement block. It provides full control to the programmer. With using break keyword you can came out the loop whenever you want to exit. An immediate statement to the loop will be executed after coming out of loop.</div>
<div>
<b><br /></b></div>
<div>
<b>Example:</b>  In this example the test expression will be true when counter value reaches 5 then loop will be terminate.</div>
</div>
<pre style="background-color: #fde59c;">
<-? Php
$a = 0;
While ( $a < 10 )
{
     $a++;
     if ( $a == 5 ) break ;
}
echo   “(Loop stopped at a = $a)”;
?->

<b>The output will be as follow:</b>
Loop stopped at a = 5

</pre>
<div>
<div>
<b>Continue Keyword:</b> In PHP the continue keyword is using for halting the current iteration of loop. It’s not a kind of terminating. The continue statement is situated inside the block statement block. It contains the code which proceeded by conditional test and executed by loop. By passing encountering continue keyword rest of the loop code is skipped and next pass will be start.</div>
<div>
<b><br /></b></div>
<div>
<b>Example:</b>  In this example loop prints the value of array for true condition then it just skips the code and next value will be print.</div>
</div>
<pre style="background-color: #fde59c;">
<-?php

$array = array( 1, 2, 3, 4, 5);

foreach( $array as $value )

{

if( $value == 3 )continue;

echo "Value is $value";

}

?->

<b>The output will be as follow:</b>
Value is 1
Value is 2
Value is 4
Value is 5
</pre>

Introduction to PHP and Difference Between Truncate, Delete and Drop in MySQL

<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">
<b>What is PHP?</b><br />
PHP is acronym for Hypertext Preprocessor. Programmer would think it should be HPP. An alternative explanation comes from latest version of the program ‘Personal Home Page Tools’. So we called it PHP in right order. Basically PHP was developed by Danish Greenlander Ramus and day by day it subsequently developed as an open source program.  PHP is not as a real programming language. It is an open source scripting language for general purpose. It is embedded into HTML that is suited for web development. PHP offers several advanced and latest features for a professional programmer as well as do is an amazing and popular language for free to download and using, its scripts are executed on the server. PHP is most probably used to enhance web pages.<br />
<br />You Should also know that: - <br />
This scripting language is very important and popular language for web server. You can do so many things with PHP such as create user name & password login pages, pictures galleries, forums, surveys and so on. You can also check details from a form with this language. PHP requested the page form on your computer but doesn’t get executed on computer. So it is called server sided language. PHP is designed for web environment to fill the gap between SSI and Perl. Here SSI is stands for Server Sided Includes. Sometimes creator has created programming code to liven up the plain, old HTML when you have come across a web page in the end of PHP. The results of making programs in this language, displayed on your browser. Other scripting languages like ASP, Python and Perl you do not need to know about requested the page form and browser to start programming. The principal application of PHP is to implementation of web pages which have dynamic content.<br />
<br />
The syntax and simplicity of PHP programming just like C language.  For better security, performance and features developer use latest version of PHP. The version of 5.5 is heavily recommended for programming. PHP enables programmer or developer to create powerful application. These applications can run a powerful website like Wikipedia, Google etc. With these applications you can publish blog and remote control hardware. For making programs in PHP you should have a basic understanding of HTML that stands for Hyper Text Markup Language. You can also have a need of database application such as MySQL. PHP also used to GUI driven applications. GUI stands for Graphics User Interface. If you are looking career in software world, PHP is easy learning and running up language for web designing, developing and web scripting. <br />
<br />
<b>Example:</b><br />
<br />
<pre style="background-color: #fde59c;"><html>
     <head>
        <title>example</title>
    </head>
    </body>
    <?php
        echo “hello! I am a web developer.”;
      ?>
      </body>
</html>

</pre>
<br />
In this example, we can see that PHP code is enclosed in starting and ending processing instructions <b><?php</b> and <b>?></b>. These instructions allow you to jump into and out of PHP mode. For getting output PHP don’t need lots of commands like other HTML language such as Perl or C.<br />
<br />
<b>What is PHP Page?</b><br />
The PHP page is a file with extension of (.php). A PHP page contains combinations of HTML tags and scripts which are run on a web server.<br />
<br />
<b>How PHP process?</b><br />
PHP is like as client side java script. PHP code is executed on the server which generates HTML then sent to the client. The client would get the result of running scripts. You would not know what the underlying code was but you can configure your web server to process all HTML files with extension (.PHP).<br />
<br />
<b>Before programming in PHP you should have basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.</b><br />
<b>HTML: -</b> It stands for Hyper Text Markup Language. It is a set of markup tags. It is a markup language for describing web pages. HTML documents are also described by HTML tags. Each HTML tag contains different content.<br />
<br />
<b>CSS: -</b> It stands for Cascading Style Sheets. CSS is known as a style language that defines layout of HTML documents. It works on how HTML documents are to be displayed.<br />
<br />
<b>JavaScript: -</b> It is a dynamic computer programming language. It built into all major web browsers and used to make web pages interactive. JavaScript can interact with HTML source code.<br />
<br />
<b>What is PHP File?</b><br />
PHP file is a combination of text, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP code. Programmer executed the PHP code on the server and gets the result as plain HTML on the browser.<br />
<br />
<b>What PHP do?</b><br />
PHP can read, write, open and close files on the server. It can also create, delete, add and modify data in your database. PHP generate dynamic page content. It can send or receive cookies and used to control user access. With PHP we can get output of any kind of text, images, PDF files and flash movies as well as XHTML and XML.<br />
<br />
<b>Why PHP is popular?</b><br />
PHP is a very popular language now days because it runs on various platforms such as Windows, Linux, UNIX and Mac OS X. It is compatible with all type of server like Apache, IIS etc. It supports a wide range of database and easy to learn and run efficiently and accurate on the server side.<br />
<br />
<b>How PHP works?</b><br />
<br />
<b>(1). For HTML Page:</b><br />
Client: - Hello server, I would like to see a HTML page.<br />
Server: - Here I’ve a HTML page (HTML pages are easy and just pass them to the client).<br />
Here the server simply sends a HTML page as per request without processing.<br />
<br />
<b>(2). For PHP Page:</b><br />
Client: - Hello server, I would like to see a PHP page.<br />
Server: - Hello client, just a second. I need to do some task. I send you it in HTML format (Server read the PHP page and do some work before send it to client).<br />
Here the server firstly read the PHP file carefully and do some work on it that need to be executed. When server has done own task then result sent to the client. It is necessary to understand that client can only see the result of server’s task not actual processing.<br />
<br />
<b>MySQL Database:-</b><br />
<b>1).</b> MySQL Create Database<br />
<b>2).</b> MySQL Create Table<br />
<b>3).</b> MySQL Select Data<br />
<b>4).</b> MySQL Insert Data<br />
<b>5).</b> MySQL delete Data<br />
<b>6).</b> MySQL update Data<br />
<b>7). </b>MySQL limit Data.<br />
<br />

<b>PHP Loops: -</b><br />
If…….else Loop, Else if Loop, While Loop, For Loop <br />
<br />
<b>There are three SQL commands that used in PHP programming: -</b><br />
<br />
<b>1).</b> Truncate<br />
<b>2).</b> Drop<br />
<b>3).</b> Delete.<br />
<br />
These are differentiate form each other.<br />
<b>Truncate Command: -</b> Truncate removes all rows from a table. It is a DDL command and much faster than delete. The operation cannot be rolled back in truncate.<br />
To delete all rows from the student table. The SQL syntax would be like this:<br />
    TURNCATE TABLE table_name;<br />
The query is as follow: (table name= students)<br />
<b>    TURNCATE TABLE students;</b><br />
<br />
<b>Drop Command: -</b> Drop removes table from the database. It is also DDL command. By using Drop Command, all rows, indexes, privileges of a table will also be removed.<br />
To drop the table students. The SQL syntax would be like this:<br />
    DROP TABLE table_name;<br />
The query is as follow: (table name= students)<br />
<b>    DROP TABLE students;</b><br />
<br />
<b>Delete Command: -</b> Delete removes only data from the table. It is a DML command. By using this command we can delete whole data from the table and deleted data can be rollback.<br />
To delete a student with id 50 from student table. The SQL syntax would be like this:<br />
    DELETE FROM student WHERE id=50;    <br />
The query is as follow: (table name=students, student id-=50)<br />
<b>      DELETE FROM students;</b><br />
<br />
